Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at “info@zensoulcandles.com” if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and fix it.
Refunds and Exchanges
We do not accept returns, but if your product is damaged, we have a 15-day refund policy if you do not wish to receive a replacement. Please send photos of your damaged product along with your order information (Order #) to “info@zensoulcandles.com” within 15 days of receiving your item to request an exchange, replacement, or refund. We will notify you once we have made a decision on your order and let you know if your request was approved or not. If approved, we will process your request within 10 business days.
